Dr. Derrick Samuels has consulted widely in business and government, as well as within the higher education community. He has served in an advisory capacity to two Universities and two corporate institutions. He is the recipient of numerous awards, honors, and commendations. Dr. Derrick Samuels, a Certified Project Management Professional, holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA in Management and; PhD in Applied Management and Decision Sciences and; has taught for Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, American Military University, and Thomas Edison State University among others.


2. SINA JOSEPH BSC, Harvard – GMP

Sina is presently the Managing Partner for Global SJX Ltd, a company that is focused on rendering information technology services to her clients on strategy, infrastructure, implementation, operations, Payments integration and compliance. Prior to joining Global SJX Ltd, he started his career with Citibank Nigeria in 1990 where he acquired and developed his knowledge of Information Technology and banking operations experience. He rose to the level of Data Centre Manager and left Citibank in 2003 to join Access Bank Plc as Chief Information Officer (CIO) with the responsibility for all information and communications technology functions within the organization. He transformed the IT Infrastructure of the organization to one of the best in the Financial Service industry. He was also involved in several business transformation projects, mergers and acquisitions.


He joined Bank PHB Plc now Keystone Bank Limited in August 2008 as Chief Information Officer (CIO), where he was saddled with the immediate task of revamping and completing the implementation of Temenos T24 in record time. He then went ahead to implement applications that improved service availability in the entire network and at all touch points. He was also involved in the implementation and integration of the bank’s subsidiaries locally and in 5 African countries to the Bank PHB (Keystone Bank) network. He joined Unified Payment Services Limited in 2013 as Director, Technology and Operations where he introduced many innovative solutions and enhanced the technology infrastructure of the company that led to over 5X growth in the volume of transactions and profitability. He left Unified Payments in June 2018 to drive Global SJX Ltd.


Sina Joseph is an Alumnus of Harvard Business School, graduated from University of Benin as the best graduating student from the department of Mathematics with 1st Class honours in 1990. He has also undertaken the General Management Programme (GMP) of the Harvard Business School and several other leadership programmes. He is a member of several professional bodies.


Sina is a people oriented leader with a positive disposition and always ready to go the extra mile to achieve organizational objectives in the quest for excellence.


3. SOLOMON KPANDEI

He is a Leadership and Management Consultant with deep insights in the areas of strategic leadership, organizational culture and strategic foresight. He is currently pursuing a Doctoral Programme in Strategic Leadership at Regent University Virginia USA.


He holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) degree obtained from Business School Netherlands 2015. His first degree is a B.Sc in Sociology obtained from University of Calabar in 1996. He is an associate member of Chartered institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and an associate member of Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). He has been part of international audience at the annual Global Leadership Summit in Chicago (USA) for 3 consecutive years from 2014 -2016; he has attended several workshops/seminars organized by organizations like Lagos Business School, Park Royal Finishing School UK, JK Michaels, etc., that boarders on organizational management and leadership.


With a career spanning over 19 years he has established himself professionally having worked with organizations and on projects across private and public institutions as well as Not-for Profits. As an associate consultant with Espera Global Corporation, he worked on corporate restructuring project with some banks prior to the recapitalization exercise in the banking sector in 2003/2004. He has worked in various capacities as assistant business development manager, head of human resources and office management, and director of administration. His passion is to help organizations improve their corporate performance by moving beyond threshold competencies, to developing and utilizing unique competencies.


As a leadership/management trainer he is a regular facilitator at Management trainings and development programs for various organizations. He has facilitated several sessions and modules of the Leadership challenge series between 2012 and 2017. He spoke at the 10th anniversary conference of the Lagos Branch of Chattered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) held at Gateway Hotel Ijebu –Ode in 2010. In 2006 he facilitated in management training program organized by Lagos State Ministry of Establishment for officers at grade level 14 and above. He is a faculty member at the prestigious Daystar Leadership Academy Lagos (the foremost leadership school in Nigeria).


He mentors one –on-one and also run mentoring classes for experienced and upcoming human resource practitioners and business start–up entrepreneurs/managers. He is a member of Governing Board of Role Model Schools Lagos, a member Board of Trustees for Bonmenebari Leadership Foundation.


4. ADEBAYO THOMAS OLORUNJO

He is a graduate of Law from the Obafemi Awolowo University and University of Ilorin. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in the year 1990.


During his NYSC year, he won an award as one of the best Corpers in Ogun State for his contribution to the State and Community where he served.


He established his own Legal Practice, Bayo Olorunjo & Associates (a Corporate & Property Legal Consultancy Firm) in the year 2004.


He was first exposed to leadership and Management training at the University of Ilorin as President of Aiesec International (an International Association of Students in Economic, Management and Allied Sciences). He later became the National Secretary of Aiesec Alumni Nigeria, a position that afforded him opportunity of meeting and interacting with Business Leaders.


He is also a Pioneer Alumnus of both the Daystar Leadership Academy (Daystar Christian Centre Lagos); and the BONMENEBARI Leadership Institute.
